Port adventure and other activities booking date

Hi! We are going on our next cruise in December. This is the first time we will have different castaway levels cruising together. Two rooms. Each will have a gold member. Each will also have 2 or 3 silver members. How will this affect our booking port adventures and tastings? Can the gold members book for everyone when their window opens or do we wall have to wait for silver to open? Thank you for the help!

Pre-cruise booking dates are determined by the highest Castaway Club level in the room.

For Gold it's 105 days out. They can book for everyone in their room.
