We were headed there for dec 26-Jan 1. My parents,DW and 2 DD. Last week I called and asked for a room only on the 25th due to airfare being cheaper and we could get and early start on the 26th.
The CM who answered the phone I thought was a great help till today...lol. She asked all the questions and said if you are not going to the park on the 1st I can save you some money. We have a 7am flight out on the 1st so I said sounds good to me. I paid for the 25th on the phone and I thought I was all set.
I got my new itinerary in the mail today and it was wrong .
They lost my parents reservations and had my family arriving on the 25th leaving the 26th and checking back in on the 31st and leaving the 1st.
I called and told the CM my problem she checked confirmed what the new itinerary said was what they had. I asked at this point if the $4600 I already paid seemed a little much for what they had me down for , she agreed and put my on hold. After putting me on hold for 20 min she asked for a number she could reach me back at.
To make a longer story short everything has been resolved. I chuckled when the CM said "This is Disney...we sprinkle everything with pixie dust and make all problems go away."
Hope that was the only problem we encounter
