We had a problem getting our Garden Grocer order from Luggage Services at WL. We called several times, then called Garden Grocer, and they told us exactly where the order was in the storage room at WL. I finally sent DH down there to get it himself. He said the guy working the computer was clueless and told him that our Garden Grocer order had been dispatched to be delivered to us. Another CM heard this, looked at the computer, and said, "No, it's not. It's never been dispatched."

Getting people's luggage to their room doesn't seem like it should be that hard. I really hate it when you get that "It's on its way" nonsense from them when they have no intention of doing anything to get your stuff on its way.

Sorry about your stay. The luggage situation was utterly unacceptable, and you should have spoken to a manager about it the next day. Boatwrights should have comped you dessert for their screwup.

And the whole thing with rooms being ready sometime after 3:00? I find that unacceptable. They pester you to be out of the room at or before 11:00am, and should have the rooms ready at check-in time--not sometime when they get around to it. If they don't have enough staff to turn the rooms around pomptly, they need to hire more. If they can't find more to hire, they need to use an incentive--higher pay--to staff appropriately.

Sorry to hear of your horrible experiences at POR. I feel very fortunate with all of the wonderful stays we have had at this resort. We are trying CSR for the first time next week and I cannot wait to test out this moderate.

I have to say that it hopefully was just a fluke. On our last trip we had a tire blow out and were stuck in a little town for 16 hours. Not Disney's fault but my husband explained the situation and they gave us an extra night and an extra day of DDP. My point is they usually have great customer service.
