POR Which Alligator Bayou Building # to request?

I'm booking my next trip - Jersey Week 2005 (Yippy!) at the POR. As a family of 5, we'll need to book an Alligator Bayou building. Any suggestions?? We want to be close to the food court and bus top and we'd like a pretty view (not water, but not of a parking lot). What should we request? Your feedback is appreciated!

Is Bldg 27 non-smoking? What is the proximity to amenities?

Do you know if Bldg 14 is situated where there is a chance of a parking lot view? We've never stayed in AB section before, always MB. We will have a car, and it would be convenient to be close to the parking lot, but I'd rather be further and not have to look at it!

Any comments on AB vs. MB?

Bldg. 14 and 27 are non-smoking
Bldg. 18 has some smoking rooms.
All 3 bldgs. have no parking lot view, and it's only a short walk to them.

I thought I saw a few rooms at the end of Building 14 that had a parking lot view when we were there last year. It kind of looks like that on the map also but I couldn't say for sure.

Another vote for building 14. It's a quick walk to the food court and to the bus stop. Also, the river is right outside the building, which is really pretty to look at. And if you have kids like we do, it's very entertaining for them to feed and watch the ducks there.
