POR to Poly Early Morning Transfers

I <i>think</i> they run special buses for the Character breakfasts ('Ohanas is right next door) - I'm gonna make a copy of this and pop it over on the Restaurant Board as well (check here for replies ), where someone may be able to help from experience...failing that, you might also try posting on the Transportation Board.

We are staying at POR and have a 7:30 AM Priority Seating at Kona Cafe at the Polynesian (gotta have the TONGA TOAST!). We estimate about 30-45 minutes for transfers, but are the busses running at 6:45 am? Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to get to the Polynesian from POR at that time in the morning? FYI, our PS date is 12/3/02, after the Thanksgiving holiday rush.
