POR rooms. Can this be done? April 2-5

Persistance pays off. For the last week and a half I have been checking availability for POR for April 2-5. I could never get the 3 nights consecutive
Well this morning I was finally able to secure 2 nights at POR for April 3-5 under a passholder rate.
My question is, since I have the 2 nights booked in a preferred room and if I book the night of April 2 in a Riverview room is it possible to get all 3 nights in the same room?
Do these room categories overlap so to speak, since pricewise they are comparable.
I am going to keep checking for that preferred room to open up on 4/2.

According to Andre's awesome website, preferred and riverview only overlap in buildings 14 and 27. Check it out.

I would link the two reservations then I would request building 14 or 27 then hopefully this will keep you in the same room! good luck!
