Wondering if you can help ... when I booked my rez, I (really, really, really) thought I was at PO-FQ. Got my rez confirmation from WDW travel and I'm booked into Riverside. I really like FQ and would prefer to stay there over Riverside.

Just call them back and explain that you believe you booked POFQ but the confirmation slip states Riverside and you would like them to check if POFQ is avaiable during your dates and can they make the change. Call ASAP!
Got speedy and thorough help from Ruth at WDW CRO. Got a way better rate ($85) for my three nights using the AJV code and at PO-FQ. Net savings despite taking a cancellation fee ($50) is $100. More to spend later on.
