POR Question

We will be heading to POR in a few weeks.

Does anybody know if a room at the corner of te building offersmore windows and or space? Just curious if it would be worth requesting.

We just got back from POR on 9/1 and had a corner room with double windows. I'm not sure if there was added space but there were 5 of us in one room and we fit fine. The extra light from the window was wonderful. Have a great time at POR We loved it!

I agree they are brighter and I think nicer but exrta room I don't think they were any bigger. Remember to request a trendle bed if you have 5. We drove a few times and took an air mattress which was more comfortable then the trendle bed and also bigger.
Going in 16 days but to POP but will visit POR going to Boatwright's for dinner on Sept. 21.

It is really nice to have a corner room. It gives the allusion of being bigger but it is not. I hope we get one again in a few days.

I was told by CRO that the corner rooms were all King beds. Is this not the case?
I know the one time I was in a corner room there it was a King.

Our corner room had 2 double beds in it.

My dd and I had a corner room at POR-AB several years ago. We were on the ground level, facing the side of the food court. Yes, it was brighter, no there was no more space than a regular room. But, we had a lot of foot traffic going by our windows because we were very close to the parking lot as well as the main bus stop.
And, we had two beds, not a king.

We just came back a few weeks ago and we had a corner room on the second floor and it was so nice! We definitely had more light, but the space was the same. I would request that room again. We were in 1653-AB!
