POR Preferred Room with Murphy bed question

I am thinking about upgrading my room to a preferred room at POR. It says "2 Queen Beds and 1 Child-Size Pull-Down bed" on its own, as opposed to others that say "2 Queen Beds and 1 Child-Size Pull-Down bed OR 2 Queen Beds". Does that mean if I book that room I'm guaranteed the pull down Murphy bed?

I ask because I see on the touring plans room finder that it has many different descriptions for preferred rooms and I am not clear whether they are all sold out or whether it's just random what you get despite the description on the Disney site.

Yes, all preferred rooms have a Murphy Bed.

Touring plans can be inaccurate when it comes to room views, descriptions and amenities.

Yes, all preferred rooms have a Murphy Bed.

This in incorrect.

if you're allocated one of the accessible rooms, there is no murphy bed. There is a large wardrobe instead

I've been allocated one like that last august.

so booking a Preferred does not 100% guarantee a murphy bed. The only thing that does is booking for 5 guests in the room

Ok, you got me. There are 2 out of the 256 preferred rooms that do not have a Murphy Bed.

You had me worried for a minute there. I already upgraded. According to portorleans.org there are about 18 rooms with accessibility features on buildings 14, 15, 18, and 27. Some of those are labeled as king and river view. I don't know if those are also considered preferred rooms. I'd think they'd save those for people who actually need them. Seems the odds are in my favor.

The only preferred rooms that don't have a Murphy Bed are wheelchair accessible. There are only 2 of those, so yes, you're odds are good.
