POR & POFQ

I can't seem to locATE my disney resort property map . Can someone tell me how close POR and POFQ are to each other. Also are these resorts "sister" resorts? Can I use the facilities at both?

Just landed 4 hours ago. We stayed at POR.
It was a 10 minute walk from the boat dock at POFQ to POR check in building. I didn't walk at a fast pace at all. Just my normal park walk.
To go inbetween resorts there is a boat if you don't like the extra walking.
The buses stop at POFQ 1st from Epcot, MGM & AK then proceed to POR. MK has separate bus stops for POFQ & POR.
If you buy a resort mug at one resort you can use it at either.

You can also swim at any pool at either resort if you are a guest at one. Plus the recreational things at POR are available to either resorts guest too. It is a great resort to stay at... I am counting the days.
