POR or POFQ

I am starting to get the hang of all these initials....

Several of us are going to DW in July. We are staying at POFQ. We had the choice of POR or POFQ. I chose POFQ because I thought it may have more character. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on these two resorts.

Also one room will have 3 large teeagers in it. Does the room have 3 beds or a trundle bed?

Any info on this resort will be appreciated.

Hello!

POFQ does not have any rooms with trundle beds. Only POR Alligator Bayou section.

We stayed at POFQ last April and loved it. We're leaving in 11 days for POR so for once I will know the difference. Hopefully we will enjoy is as much as POFQ.

I think you will like it, but if you need the trundles you have to switch!

There are two double beds in most rooms, at least at POR. If you have 5 people you can get a trundle only at POR AB section. If have less than 5 people in your group, then it's a request no guarantee

We've stayed at both POR and POFQ. You can't go wrong with either of them. Everyone has an opinion as to their favorite. We liked POR probably a bit more than POFQ. POFQ is smaller and things are closer together. That's a selling point for many people, but we liked how spread out it was at POR. It seemd more restful to us. Plus we liked the quiet pools at POR and POFQ doesn't have any. But I think you'll like either resort.

Double beds in all the rooms. Only AB at POR has 2 double beds and a trundle. I think the trundle might be a bit cramped for a teen.

We've stayed at POFQ six times and POR twice. I give the edge to POFQ. There's just too much walking at POR. The grounds are more lush at POR but I love the theme at POFQ and the ease of getting around. You'll enjoy either!! Have a great time.
