POR mansion rooms

My husband has said he would like to stay at POR when we go to Disney in October. I've looked at pictures and I like the mansion section best. Anyone know if the rooms have recently been refurbished? Specifically the Magnolia Terrace section? TIA

They are now refurbishing POFQ, and I heard that when they are finished there, they will start on POR, I think in the spring. I think they're going to do it in stages.
