POR King Rooms

I coped with a 70 hour week last week by booking 5 nights at POR Jan 8-13. This will be our first time there - two adults. I wanted a water view to avoid parking lots (foliage is fine), but they only had king and standard available. King beds are preferable, so we booked that - especially since they are supposed to be corner rooms. Anyway, I think I want to try for AB over the mansions. Which area tends to have more King views, and does a king give us a better chance of a non-parking lot view?
