How are they different from English?

4. Le gusta bailar. (Spanish) To him/to her likes to dance (He or she like to dance).

Le gusta bailar = He / she likes to dance
Me haces falta = I need you.

There's no difference in any of these two.

I would say that they are different because in Spanish they are reflexive verbs, where in English it's a non-reflexive verb.
