I am looking for a quiet but close building at Port Orleans Riverside. I was looking at a map and building 26 in Alligator Bayou looked good; close proximity to a bus stop and parking lot and not a long walk to the food court area. Does anyone know if this is a good location?
Also, will they book a couple in an Alligator Bayou room or are they reserved for families only?

OOOOOH! Alligator Bayou-- my second home!! families, couples, it doesn't matter. Buildings 14, 15 are like 1-3 minutes away from main house, 2 minutes from bus stop, if even that. Quiet pool at building 14, I believe. What a great place to stay!!! Have fun!

Alligator Bayou is one of my favorites!! All buildings are relatively quiet. Buildings 14 and 15 are most conveniant to bus stop and main building. Try to ask for a second floor corner room. Corner rooms have more windows and seem to be slightly larger. If you are on the second floor, no one banging on floor above you!!

Enjoy!!!!!!

thanks for your replies. I knew that 14 and 15 were the closest, but are they TOO close, i.e. lots of traffic passing by?

with all the trees and foliage, the whole AB area is on the quiet side. There are parking lots around the buildings but, during our stay, we were in building 15, 2nd floor, corner room and we never had a noise problem.
