POR AB questions...

Are all rooms in AB preferred locations? I don't see how they could be - some of those buildings look FAR away! If AB is not all preferred, are all rooms in the preferred sections able to accommodate 5, or are all the rooms in AB able to accommodate 5?

I hope that makes sense, it does in my head...

No, all the AB rooms are not preferred. I stayed in AB 24 which was close the the bus stop but far from the food court I do think all the AB rooms accommodate for 5 people.

It was maybe a 5 or 6 minute brisk walk. It drove DS crazy after a few days because it was soo hot. I was a disney newbie and had no idea that the resort was as big as it was. But it is a beautiful resort and I would not hesitate to stay there again. I will just make sure I get a preferred room so I can be closer to the food court.

The map shows that AB buildings 14, 15, 18 and 27 are preferred locations. So yes, all preferred rooms are AB buildings. But there are still many AB buildings that are not preferred. Most of the AB buildings sleep 5. I think there are a few king rooms that only sleep 2, but if you list 5 people on your reservations, they will put you in one of the 5 person AB rooms.

Exactly what they said! I also stayed in AB Building #24 and we were right next to the West Depot bus stop, but we were so far from the main building and marina. I don't really mind the walking, but it was a very slow time of year and the resort felt empty and they still put us in the furthest room possible lol.
