POR - AB bldg's 25 or 34

Has anyone recently stayed in either of these AB buildings?
I've read posts that bldg 14 and 15 are clean, neat, etc., but some AB's are not... wondering if these buildings are updated/clean -

We stayed in AB 25 last Dec., and the room was in good condition. However, it was way far from the food court & main building. We prefer AB 27 - good location, never had a dirty or worn out room (5 stays), so you might request it. Also, there are no parking lot views from this AB bldg. Hope this helps.

We were just at POR and stayed in Bldg. 14. Buildings 27 & 34 are quite a ways from the food court and main pool. Bldg. 14 looked like it had been redone and was really convenient to food court and bus stops. Building 18 would also be a good choice. Close to the pools and food court.

We just returned from wdw. We stayed in building 25. It was a little distance from the pool and food court but was a great relaxingwalk ver the river and through the paths. We were close to a bus stop and never had to stand on the way out of the resort. There was also a quiet pool right outsde our building which was great for an evening swim. We had a view of the foliage and no noise from other building. It was very peaceful. The room was not in bad shape and the mousekeeping was great. The only request I made was that they send an autographed picture for my triplets bd and they did not do that. I would leave tomorrow and stay in the same building.

thanks, Jennifer! That's why we're interested in that building - or rather the 'kids' (19 & 22 yrs) are. From the map, they like it being close to the bus stop, and it looks like it has foliage, etc. on all sides, not a parking lot...
