Milobaby, snowbell, and bennythepug, I've put you all in as penciled in. Contact me by PM with your full name, check-in date, ressie #, and contact number while at WDW (or home # if you won't have a phone at WDW). After I receive your info I will change you to confirmed.
Then you will want to contact the swapper before, and after you, to trade information and arrange swaps. Since July (and Dec.) are months away yet I would hold off contacting the swappers just yet. It's very possible that we will fill the gaps we still have in July that affect you.
Basically how it works is that it is up to you to arrange with the other swappers to hand off in person (or put in storage) the fridge. If put in storage the fridge will need to have name, ressie #, and check-in date of the swapper picking it up, on the box. By joining this swap you are agreeing to abide by the arrangements you've set up. Remember, the only way this can continue is if everyone involved does their part. Thanks.
bennythepug-I've put you in for your dates but I wonder if you want to go to all the trouble of setting up 2 swaps for only one night. The swapper after you will be getting it on 7/22 so that only leaves you with one night (the 21st). If that's okay with you, it's fine by me.

) Don't worry about your slot, I shouldn't have a problem filling it. I'm going to look back over the thread and my PMs and see who may have requested those dates. It should be easy to fill as it seems to be a very popular time. I'm sorry you won't be able to go this year. I'll have a Dole Whip (or maybe a float?) for you-it would be a perfect time to try one!

I am soooo sad. We won't be able to take our annual Disney trip this year after all. Our cat has just cost us over $5000.00 in vet bills. Kidney failure. Anyways...she is a part of our family and we gladly dumped our saved vacation money into paying for her surgery/care.
So....I no longer will need the fridge. I believe I was down for some where in the last 2 weeks of August.
Hope somebody else can fill the slot. It's such a great idea and we hope to get in on it next year!!! NOTHING will keep me away 2 years in a row!!!

I just wanted to say hello and am sorry we are going to miss you this year at POP (our dates, 9/21-29). I really did enjoy meeting you and your daughter last year at the Glow in the Dark POP Party..
