I've been sleeve sniffin since Saturday my docs finally came!

Goin thru my packing list today....have one suitcase packed...need to iron the girls clothes before packing them.

Not sure if I'll pack much for plane ride...it's at 6:30 am, I'm hoping we sleep & maybe watch a movie.

Still need to find those sunscreen wipe thingys & finish our MNSSHP t-shirts...

LORI, diaper bags are my WEAKNESS!!!! i LOVE THEM!!!! i love all of them!
DH got me the COACH diaper bag and yet i still buy them up whenever i see a cute one or a trendy one or a waterproof one....it just goes on and on!!!


But for strollers, on that site i linked to, for ordering goodies for your room, they have a KolCraft Stroller for sale at only 40$ and it reclines AND has a drink holder! it's super cute! it's exactly what we were looking for, then we decided to bring the MONSTER double Graco stroller but mainly b/c the kids are sooo comfy in there! AND we are also bringing the umbrella strollers, for when we had out in the AM, just so the kids are more portable!!

Ang, sincei used to work FD at the Y&B club resorts, and i worked with the room assignors, i found that faxing worked great since they had exactly what you wanted on paper AND THEN i would call to confirm about 1 or 2 days later.

Our last trip, in Feb 2005, we booked everything the Oct before, planned daily from then on, and told the kids on Christmas morning. It da** near killed me to keep it secret that long Don't know if I could ever do it again!

HaHa - Another person who understands my diaper bag fetish. Let's just say she has more diaper bags than strollers. LOL !! I just bought a new one too. Have you seen the new Petunia Picklebottom Touring Tote ? I just bought it. I was hoping it could be my diaperbag for the plane (not the parks) but alas it doesn't ship out until the 30th and we will be gone by then !

I am already have 2 other Petunia Pickles so DH might croak when he sees another one roll in. He will be the one to get the package while we are gone and he knows just how much they cost <darnit !> !!!

DH has been offered jobs there 3 times before, but each time it was just a BAD time in our lives. we were in the middle of the adoption of DD the first time and then i was about to give birth to DS the second time and the 3rd time was RIGHT after he was born and all our family gave us guilt trips and stupid us caved in! we regretted it all year!! so we're going to see what they have to offer and then we'll go from there.

HAHAA Lori that's funny!!! i love even finding regular bags to use as diaper bags! i have this huge dooney that i turned diapey! Then there are just some really cute ones for summer that i got from TARGET, i just free cycled those, since summer is over!! i now need to get some CUTE fall ones! DH just rolls his eyes!! For the parks, we are just bringing our DCL tote, since it's big and roomy!! and if it gets stolen or stained or anything, it's all good since we bought 2!!!

This will be our first time to try out the F&W Festival, so looking forward to it.
Our first trip to the World, in Nov 03, the Festival was on, but we were there for 7 days, trying to do and see it all, never paid any attention to the Festival at all. Not so this time!

AND... just got off the phone with PopC (I don't have easy access to a fax). She conf'd ground floor but not poolside. We are Soooo disappointed. We REALLY REALLY want poolside. And we're there for 2 weeks, so I think they should be able to get it for us at least part of the time. I told her we don't mind moving after a day or two (or three) in order to get the poolside for the rest of the time, so she said she'd pass that along to the room assignors and ask them to look at it again. Now I should wait a day or two before calling again right?

Since they've already told you they cannot guarentee pool side, i would wait 2 days to allow them to maneuver people around.

i know the feeling,ds (5) still has no idea,we made the mistake of telling him once a year ago,200 days before we left and every 2 hours x200days we got the when we going today question.Last feb we just woke him and said guess where we are going and we left.This time we will tell him the night before we leave.

ANg, when you call in 2 days ask what room they have assigned you if they can possibly give that to you and if not ask for the building, b/c they made some rooms preferred this year, that are NOT worth the $$!!

well now I'm bummed too. I called to confirm our requests which were preferred, non-smoking, non-poolside. They had poolside. We're light sleepers. she said shw would note it but it's not guaranteed. oh well!
