G'night, Poppers! I can't wait to meet everyone, and I'm so happy this thread has taken off lately.

I checked this morning when I got up at 6:30am, and between then and 9:30pm, I had to go through almost 10 pages to catch up! Wheee!!

But now that I am, it's bed time! I played hookey from work today so that I could work on DH's MNSSHP costume...it's the last day before vacation when I could get away...I have at least one meeting every day between now and the 29th

On the bright side, I'm probably half-way done with the final piece of DH's costume. On the dark side, I'm only half-way done with the final piece of DH's costume! I'm just sick of stressing about needing to get it done, so I'm really going to work hard this weekend and just FINISH already! Then I can stop worrying about it!

Ooh, but I forgot to say...I recieved my finished Belle dress, and it's perfect! I ordered a hoop skirt on eBay, which came today, and I love, because it's very light-weight and not hot at all. The crinoline that I was going to wear is layers and layers of tulle, and was SOOO hot! Now, if my shoes would get here, then my costume will be complete! We're going to mail our costumes down, so we don't have to try to cram the dress into luggage!

Ok, I'll stop...I'm chatty tonight, sorry! Just getting excited -- tomorrow is 2 weeks till we leave! Whooo!

My birthday is September 25th too! Ella & I are getting WDW trips for our b-days. How cool is that!

OMG!!! I grew up in Jeffersonville, IN, (all of 15 minutes from New Albany) and my family still lives there (I'm the oddball..I moved away!) -- my Grandpa lives in New Albany, too!

It's a small world after all......

And we'll all be there at the same time at the same hotel, how weird is that!! I don't mind it here, but we're thinking about moving away. (I vote for Florida. )

Ok so I have the sweetest son ever. We were watching the Travel Channel about the Disney Cruise line. Anyway it got to the part about "adults only" and he was all put off. So I told him that they have LOADS of kids activities. Well he kind of perked up. I told him they do this at WDW too. Perkiness rising. So he says, "I think that would be really fun for me." And I said, "Well honey what would I do while you were playing?" He told me "Mom, I think you should go off and have a massage or something. Or maybe eat some shrimp!" Both of which he KNOWS I love. Then he says "I think I could use some alone time too!" How cute huh? Since DH left we are together ALL the time. I think since May we have had 1 day apart. Yeah, it amazes me we have not rung one another's necks yet!
Anyway, so I started shopping around and I am not sure I could afford a massage there, but it was a nice dream while it lasted.

Ants2001--Where in PA are you from? We are flying out of PHL also. We got a $49 Ding, my mom got a $39 Ding for the same dates! I just checked your date...we are leaving the same day...maybe we'll be at the airport together. Are you flying SW?

:: no SW for us... I did not know SW go to MCO we are with USAir. Flight is at 7:30 AM so we'll be there around 5ish what about you ? Hmmm I better start looking at the DING thing... $49 ?? that is awesome...

G&J's Mom: My DH, Jim, is a "sinker" too. He can float, although just barely, in salt water, but he sinks very quickly in a pool, so he usually just stands in the middle of the water and holds my glasses while I swim, or he sits in the shade somewhere and "reads". That's in quotes, because as soon as he sits in the shade, he falls asleep! You'll probably hear him snoring!

my kinda guy.. I never learned how to swim due to health condition but I enjoy walking and dipping in the pool and also snoring at the sidelines while mom and sis swim

We ALWAYS had great luck with September and November!! (EARLY November before Thanksgiving)

okay i am getting more and more excited...i'm just a bit nervous about driving!!

naaahhh nothing to worry about... a couple of years ago we drove under Hurricane Jeanne... nobody was in the highway but us and so we made it in 14 hours instead of 18. We always drove since the 90's only recently we started flying. You'll be fine. You and the kids will sure keep Sal WIDE awake

Whe are you arriving at PoP .. I might be able to help you with water if you are going to be there when we get there. We arrive on the 29th around 11:00AM and hitting Publix for grocery before going to PoP

No wonder the CM smiles funny when we did it last year!!! But thank God our group did well, no fatalities and it was great since we opened the park ourselves at 7:30AM to get ready for our 8AM tour!
