So Poppers. Just posted this over on the resort board. I am SO not a trouble maker so I don't want you to think I am but thought I would share with what just happened to me
Very upset with treatment by CRO today !

I only have a few more days left before we take off on vacation. I am just doing my recheck on all ADR''s, car ressie, Disney ressie, ect.
I called to verify that they have me down for a fridge at Pop for medical reasons. CRO says that they can't do that because Pop can hold medications for me. I told her I understand it wasn't guarenteeed but just wanted to make sure this has been notated on my account.
CM comes back on the phone and says that they can't help me because there is a lock on my account ?! I was like for WHAT ?! I have all my documentation - everything is paid in full. I have all my ME tags, final paperowrk, ect. What could be wrong ?
She says that insurance was only paid for 1 adult on the plan (there are 2 adults). I told her No I paid for both and in all documentation they have sent me it says Insurance for both adults and I have a zero balance. She told me to give her a Credit Card or they can send this to "Recovery". I told her they need to provide me with "something" besides a sorry you owe us more money. They have never even contacted me about this. I had to call them ! I just want something inwriting or a better explanation.
Then CM comes back on the phone and says (lierally) that her supervisor want s to know " What my problem is and why I need a fridge?" I asked what that meant - did she mean for meds or something else ? I told her I didn't realize my medical diagnosis was any of their business. I did tell her to let her supervisor know I had a medical letter but realize it is still up to Pop if these will be available or not ......When she came back on she said that wasn't good enough for her supervisor to put in the computer . They wanted the reason. I asked her if they had heard of HIPPA before.
I am sure I could have been a little nicer towards the end of the conversation ...but I was losing my cool. So 45 minutes later I am off the phone without verifying my reservation, owing Disney more money, and obviosly needing to provide CRO with my medical records. According to them my account will go to "Recovery" now.
I asked to speak with this "supervisor" a couple of diffrent times, even asking for a manager and no one would speak to me ?!
If I owe them for
trip insurance for an adult I will gladly pay it. If there isn't a fridge at Pop I can deal with that as well.
Please don't think I am trying to sti the pot here and don't flame me . Has anyone heard of this happening ? How do I get to a person who can handle this situation and also provide me with what they are "seeing in their system" as oppossed to all my documents saying just the opposite ?
