Alright i have a question and i need honest answers! call me a jerk if you mus!

Alright so DMIL mentioned to us on Easter that 10/6 is SILs Confirmation and we have to be there. Normally..not a problem, one of us would go or both and someone would just watch the kids in the back of the church. (i don't trust them in mass during big events where they could get loud).

BUT it's the weekend before we leave for vacation. Which means it is the last minute that we have to get the house ready for the trip since we are leaving the house friday (heading to a hotel for the night). It's our last day to run our errands and not to mention clear out the unused rooms (remember i am having the carpet cleaners in while we are gone).

On saturday i have an OB appt. and Gabriel has a Doctors appt a few hours after mine, so we will be busy the whole day.

Soo Sal and I are just not wanting to go to this thing, but we KNOW if we don't show we will not hear the end of it..So he wants me to think of what to say??
What do you think?? should we just go?

It's an hour and a half away from here, and at noon, so needless to say it's going to be an all day affair.

Like i said normally not a big deal, but it's the last full day we have to run errands and get teh house ready for vacation. ALOT of furniture is going to the basement and such, so it's a big day for us....

Good luck figure out what to say to the inlaws...I remember talking about how similar our inlaws were I feel for ya ! I wouldn't want to go either but know how the family dramas go !

so we're thinking of just staying home anyways since the baby will only be 2 months old and i don't want him esposed to kids galore and germs and all that!

Okay, I checked out the autograph books on ebay. I'm going to start this weekend, but I need to improve the idea so I'm not copying. They have a pocket for pens, and a pocket for the book. Any other ideas? I thought a zippered pocket for tickets/fast passes, but I don't think kids young enough to get autographs should be carrying their own tickets.

What about a stretchy pocket on the side for a small water bottle? I get SO tired of carrying Ryan's around. It would be great if he had his own spot for one. Or maybe add a place for an ID tag. A simple plastic sleeve on the outside would be great! Ummm.... Maybe add a small pad to the strap area so it does not dig into the kids neck?
Whew, my creative juices are spent!

I have to go get Ryan soon! Ugh, this day went by fast!

Star Tours Once a DAY ?! I can barely do it once a trip That ride more than any of the other (teacups aside) makes me sicker than a dog !! It is one of Austin's favorite's though. He loves Star Tours. We were there one yer for Star Wars weekend. Dan and Austin loved every minute. I hate to admit it, but I have never seen ANY of the Star Wars movies !!

Park Hoppers works for me ! I'll just have to figure out what dinners we want to do ! Do you and Cat mind extra company on Monday at the water park ?

Hi all!

I tried to take a nap with the kids, but DD never slept. She just kept moving around.

I did get a chance to quickly IM CAT today, she was slammed at work.

I like the idea of the autograph holder having the clear sleve for identification. We always clip one of those fast pass holders onto our kids with our names and cell phone numbers on them. We just put something like If Lost or Found See Other Side for Parent Info and slip it into the sleeve.

Hi all!

I like the idea of the autograph holder having the clear sleve for identification. We always clip one of those fast pass holders onto our kids with our names and cell phone numbers on them. We just put something like If Lost or Found See Other Side for Parent Info and slip it into the sleeve.

Usually Austin put his autograph book in my backpack, the stroller, or the diaper bag. When h wanted to run and get in line with a character it was always turning into a big production looking for that stupid thing. It seems like every time we found it - the line added like 20 kids !!

So this last trip I bought him a fanny pack (it was from Nordstoms - does that at least make it a tiny bit cooler? ). I decorated it with those Home Depot cut out Mickeys - red not lime green ! He put his autograph book, pen, a smaller gatoraide bottle and his pins in their. I LOVED that stinkin thing !!

No more fumbling around for anything. When he wanted it, he had it !!

I'm so hungry today. I ate all my foods, except I have 2 more vegetables and one more fruit. I'm all about the fruit, but I hate veggies. The only veggie I like is tomato sauce.

My brother is going to travel down to WDW on the 22nd for our big family trip so he can get free dining. He'll stay for a week. I was all ready to book it for him tomorrow, because I thought today was Wednesday.

Tia...It is amazing!!! I buy it in store though, they have a whole bare escentuals store at the King of Prussia Mall. I love that it can be liquid or powder. I usually don't wear makeup, and its so easy to use! Plus, if I have a zit or something, I put the powder on it at night, and it dissapears!

hmmmm really I should try that... but then...I have to make sure nobody is home.... I might scare them when I go get water in the middle of the nite (the nite of the living dead )

Yes once a day!!! At least. Last time we were there I let him go by himself while I waited by the exit. It was so slow there they let Ry ride like 6 times in a row! I started to panic and then I saw he and a CM walking out. The CMs there all signed a card for Ryan and gave him a light saber. Ry's goal is to break the record for number of times of riding ST! I went on it a few times, but after that he just kept getting back in line while I waited. I had never really watched Star Wars until I met Terry. He is addicted to it and brought Ry into the fold.
Of course you can come!!!!! I HATE waterparks, but it was on Ry's "must do" list, so I gave in. I think it would be a blast to have you and Austin there too!
