Hi Patsfan7, I didn't get to see you but I did sign one of your lime green Mickeys.
Thank you! YIPPIEE!!!! That makes me so happy! I didn't get to meet up with you when we were supposed to be in Tempanyaki at the same time.... we cancelled our ADR's because DD wanted to do MK so many times. I figured I would see you then, how could I miss a momto8??????? I thought that the teens that moved in next to us (after my parents left) were giving us a hard time about decorating our window/door. They had left a message asking us why we would decorate, and why ask for a note to be left. I "caught" them writing on our door at midnight one night... but they ended up being very nice!!! They must have liked the decorating idea, because later in the week they had dry erased their entire window!!!!! It's catching on! GO DMM!!!!!
After I posted I wasn't sure if it was your room, but I guess it was. Was your room in the 70's section building 6, the last room on the first floor before the walk to the parking lot? That's the room I was talking about.
We did make it to Teppanyaki on Wednesday evening. I was kind of worried about going there with 2 toddlers and 2 babies, but they did great. We had 10 total so we took up a whole table. In fact, DD split one child's meal for her two and her 1yo loved the chicken and vegetables! The kids did great all in all. However, we did have 2 melt downs on the bus going back 2 different nights. I apologize to any DISers on the bus. DGD Iris, 3, was fine until she had to give up her seat and sit on DSIL's lap. The buses were so crowded at closing, we would always wait for the next bus so we could sit since we had 4 little ones and 4 strollers. But we would hold the kids in our laps so others could sit. Iris just couldn't understand why she had to give up her seat, so she was crying at the top of her lungs all the way home.

She would have been fine if she didn't have to give up her seat. The 3rd night this happened, we put both DGDs 2 and 3 in one seat, and then she was fine with sharing. She just didn't want to sit on her Dad's lap!
We will be going back next year (don't know how I'm going to make it until then!) with all of my kids and grandkids, SIL, DN, BIL & SIL, so we are talking about a Grand Gathering of about 28-30. I'm trying to talk DH into going early January after the 1st but haven't really pushed it yet!
