I have a question!

When is the MK opening "slow" for the lucky family winner of the Year Of a Million Dreams? When I registered for the contest, it said October 1. But I went back later and it said October 2. Now I'm seeing on another DIS board that it's Octocer 4! So anyone know for sure?! We want to avoid MK that day....and the 4th is the day we'd planned for MK morning, sooooo...should I change my plans?!

alright i'm still catching up, but my note pad can only hold so much info!!

He has been collecting them for the past year or so. He got a few here and there for his b-day adn x-mas. I was actually thinking about putting his "spending limit" on a Visa gift card. Then he can be "big" and use that to pay for the stuff he wants!

Nanu57, all the info Yellowfish gave you on boarding pasess is correct, but now you can check in at 12am 1 day prior to your departure!! so that's what we did! i was up at 12am the day b4 we left and i got on SW and printed out my boarding pass blahhh but it is GREAT b/c i wanted to board first with DD to make sure DH and i would sit on either side of her!!

HEY NOW! You guys with kids can actually read a book???? GEEZ! How awesome is that! The only reason I still know what a book is besides one with a cover of The Cat and the Hat or a Carebear or something silly on it is that I work at a college. Guess I might have to get my tush across the quad to the library and see about checking out a book!

I LOVE reading! it makes me nerdier (the whole I LOVE disney thing, the whole DIS thing and i could go on and on), but i love getting lost in books!

ahhh young mothers are still crazy in the head if not more so and i'm easily distracted by something shiny, then boom my kid trips while learning how to walk and none of my friends have kids or even serious relationships now, so i have no friends, so i turn to the internet!! i had 2 kids by the time i was 25 and now i'm crazier than ever and i feel so young all the time and i feel like i'm being judged all the time!! ohhh and i'm totally clueless about parenting (remember i am bringing THE IDIOTS GUIDE TO PARENTING with me on the trip!!)

so it looks like everyone has the good, the bad and the ugly!!!

DSs nap should be ending soon!! DD is sitting next to me playing DORA on her little touch leap pad!!

i'm getting anxious!!! all my household stuff is done, even our garage is cleaned out! we've emptied the floors of little stuff so that the carpet cleaners just have to move the big furniture!! we've done all our laundry and we're eating out tonite so nothing to cook or make messy!!! soooo what can i do??? The kids and i were outside this morning and now they are on the balcony right here next to me playing on the sand and water table (water all gone cause it's too cold)!!

I got my fridge and coffee maker sent to Pop from www.abbf.com . The fridge was only $65 for 9 days and then the coffee maker bumped it up to $80. It was alot easier than bringing a coffee maker on the plane or packing it. Plus the coffee pot is actually a thermal carafe and doesn't have a burner on the bottom - meaning if I accidently leave it on, nothing bad will happen! I've heard great reviews for these people and it's cheaper than getting a fridge from the resort!

WOW! I love that site! Most of it is geared towards babies, but I do like the fact they have other items as well. This might be something worth getting. I need to look at my budget!

It is so weird. I keep thinking that I still have MUCH time left to prep for the trip. Then I think about it and it is only 4 days away. Where did the time go?
Terry (hubby) and I were talking about that the other day. He has already been gone 5 months! In a way it seems like he left forever ago and in others it has gone by fast. I honestly think that planning this trip has helped me a lot. So I guess I need to plan another one soon to help the next 15 months go by as fast! He heard a rumor though, they could keep them over ther euntil May of 08. *sigh* I don't even want to think about adding on 4 more months!
Ok so here is a female situation... guys you may want to advert your eyes. The last oh 4 or 5 trips I have been on my monthly dilema has waited until the day before I leave to start. Looks like it is going to wait again! I was so hoping to go to WDW pad free! Oh well, such is life. K, that may be too much info, but i knew you women could relate to my misery!

Well I have been crampy and bloated and blah blah blah. *sigh* Even if it begins today or tomorrow at least it won't be the WHOLE trip. That is so funny that you got what you wished for. And what is even funnier is that we are actually WISHING that it would come! Boy, we must be gluttons for punishment. Or just wanting to have a cramp free vacation! I am SO GLAD you got yours though. This is the most odd conversation ever!
