Figured I would post this here as there is more "traffic" than the recipe board.
I am looking for a good popover recipe. I made one tonight but the popovers over cooked. I followed the recipe to a T and didn't even peek in the oven. I am going out tomorrow to get an over thermometer because I suspect that it is actually hotter than it says.. but I still don't think this was the "right" recipe as far as cook time and what not... .
