I DID have fun! YAY!!! We stayed an extra day!!! It was expected to be super crappy weather on Tuesday - so I called POP and said "Got any more nights?" They were able to keep me in my room, for 62 bucks. Yay!
Now onto the airlines. Nope - cant change without a $100 fee UNLESS they cancelled or delayed our flight. My fingers, toes, legs and ees were crossed - DELAY ME DAMMIT!!!! Kept calling - no delays. ARGH!!! Then, I was sitting in One Man's Dream and had a TOTAL lightbulb moment.....
Last September they changed my flight, after I booked it by one hour. Well, I wasnt leaving an hour earlier then I wanted. I called them and whined - and the guy said if they change my flight, I had the option to change my flight.
Sooooo - I got out of One Man's Dream...called United and said - when I booked, I booked for 6:10 - and you changed it to 5:45 and I realize it's only 25 minutes, but it's absolutely unacceptable...... and BAM!!! They changed it to the next day!!!
Found it! I was so worried!

free dining, but discounts if you book before you check out again. The large informational sheet happened to fall into my suitcase accidently....Ill eyeball it.
But theyll offer the free dining again. Just watch for it.

Heyyy!! When did February become non cheap-o season?? We were thinking of stealing away for a long weekend, but alas, it is costing us more than our November trip! hahaha!! I avoided presidents day weekend, but that didn't help since my dates were not flexible. (Romans pre-op appt, then his surgery and then his follow up appts. are all in different weeks!) So I got a quote from 2 travel agents (AND BOY was one TWICE AS MUCH as the other!!) and was ready to go! haha but alas no such luck

And I love flying UNITED - they fly along the lake for a perfect view of the city.
I managed to find a flight for all 5 of them from Baltimore to Orlando for $114 round trip (each)! When we first started looking they were in the 300's. Then she had to think about it...as I tried to stress to her how great the tix were and they could go away...but she called me back and 30 minutes later I was able to talk her through purchasing them online. Just for plane tix! Her next assignment is to pick restaurants.
HAving a family get together at my house for the superbowl, yay! Got that new flat panel big screen for x-mas and now everyone wants to come over to watch the game at my house. So i decided to just throw a party.
