Popcorn, churro, ice cream carts

Are these carts operating during these covid times? We are headed out on Thursday morning and we usually do the popcorn bucket for our stay, and get another treat such as churro or ice cream at some point. It just occured to me that these carts may not be operating or may be very limited. Specifically asking for magic kingdom and animal kingdom....and also if they are open is the refillable popcorn bucket a thing of the past?

They’re selling popcorn buckets for sure, because those were included in their Halloween souvenir announcement but I think they’re just giving you a box of popcorn to refill your bucket, rather than handling your bucket

That I can’t answer, because I haven’t been there yet (12 days left!)

There were some closed but many were open!!

The churro cart to the left of the castle has oogie boogie popcorn buckets for sale which seemed weird since they dont sell popcorn there... but if you bought the oogie boogie bucket there it was $22 and came with 2 churros...... we bought the basic refill bucket earlier in the day for $12.
