Popcorn at the Parks?

I'm new to DIS and was just wondering, does anyone else go crazy over the popcorn at the parks. My trip is so close that I'm starting to dream about it... Just thinking about it brings back memories of Main Street, but I get some at every park. Plus I think it's great that you can get popcorn & coke at WDW for cheaper than you would pay at the movie theater. It's sooo good, not too greasy and always the perfect salty snack. Am I just nuts or does anyone else agree?

I love it too and after all the years of going to MK I just discovered the carmel popcorn next to the hall of presidents!!

My DH and DS. They love it. They get 3 bushell of it, each trip. I like the containers.

Love it!!! Nothing like that first taste at the cart by City Hall just as you enter MK from under the train station!

I haven't been to Magic Kingdom since right before Hurricane Andrew- I think it was the summer of 1992- but I stil remember how yummy the popcorn was! My family couldn't get enough, it seemed like we almost always had a bucket or box of popcorn!!

I am taking my family for the first time in December and can't wait to get some.

Is the popcorn real salty? I have had swollen fingers in the morning after eating too salty popcorn before?

Agree! Their popcorn is the best! I think since they have such a high turnover it is usually very fresh. Whatever the reason, it rocks!

The best popcorn I've ever had was at the Popcorn stand near the exit for the Beauty and the Beast Show at MGM.

The Disney popcorn is the best on earth!!!! Last year, we had leftovers in 2 buckets from AK, put the lid on them and forgot about them. About a month after getting home, we ran across the containers, took the lids off, and the popcorn was not stale!!! The kids wanted to eat it all, but we weren't sure exactly how long popcorn is okay so we had to tell them no. But we'll get more from each park when we go in March . Gotta get the buckets to add to our collection!!

love wdw popcorn!!! nothing better then a cold drink, a bucket of popcorn, and a moment to sit and people watch!! those times are still some of our fav from our trip, and we can't wait to be doing it again this time next year!! (especially since it is snowing here today, )

Are the souvenir buckets a "snack" on the dining plan? I'm craving popcorn RIGHT NOW thanks to all of you!! Too bad I won't be at WDW until May!
