Pop Warner Time

We have a code for 40% off and have made reservations for PO Riverside on the second week in December. After making reservations, learned that Pop Warner will be there that week and apparently there are no rooms now available in POR for that time period (assume Pop Warner people). Have we made a mistake? Has anyone been there during the Pop Warner times in the past. We are concerned about noise at night, the food court and busses. We are a retired couple and concerned.

You will get mixed answers to this. The overall consensus is that POR IS a Pop Warner hotel. It most likely will be loud and it will most likely be crowded in the food court. Also the buses will probably be a noisy and crowded.

You might want to ask this question on the Resorts board. Or if the search function works you could do a search for Pop Warner.

Honestly, if I were you I'd try to change my hotel. If you had little kids I would say maybe try it. But you don't need the added headache on your vacation!!

Most of them do, but the overflow goes to POR. I belive that is the only moderate that sleeps 5 - so alot of families like that.
