POP to WL

In August we arrive the night before free dining. We have a room only ressie at POP. The next morning we want to get to WL to check in. We would like to get there early so we can start the day early at the parks.
So what is the fastest way to get from POP to WL early in the morning?
What time does the transportation start?

it might be worth the money just to take a cab and your luggage with you.. that is what we are going to do .. we are taking a cab from WL to CSR.. its only 10.00

You can call for a taxi from your room, there is a button on your phone in the room.
Will you already have your tickets when you transfer to WL? We generally do, so we just have bell services take our luggage and then they are transferred over to the new resort. We go directly to the parks enjoy ourselves and then go over to the next resort later in the day to check in.
