Pop to Donalds bfast before opening

Hi everyone. We just decided to change resorts and we are going to be staying at Pop and I wonered how early the busses start running to AK and what time we would need to leave to reach Donald's bfast in time for an 8am or 830am dining time?

Will the busses be running this early? (it is a non-EMH park and the normal hours start at 9)

Also, does anyone know how early the window will open for the GAD voucher to be turned in? We already have annual passes but we volunteered and have a voucher we would like to use with the fastpass option. I am wondering though if we will be able to get to AK, get the voucher turned into the fastpass card and be in the park and on our way to Donald's in time.

I won't be much help regarding the window opening time...they should be open an hour before the park opens in any case.
But...the buses should be up and running about 6:30ish. For an 8:30 ADR at Donald's, I would be out at the AK bus stop by 7:15. These buses don't run as frequently as the regular park buses do, so you need to plan accordingly.
If you get there before 8, you should be able to get your voucher turned in and get your fast passes.
