POP to CP for 8:20AM Breakfast - How & when to get there?

I'm sure this has been asked before... My 1st trip to WDW is coming up in just 3 weeks. I got an ADR at the Crystal Palace for November 10 at 8:20 AM. MK opens at 9 (no EMH) on that morning and I'm staying at Pop Century.

Now the question: What about the buses from POP to MK, what time do they start running? I want to leave early enough to enjoy an empty Main Street and snap some photos in front of the castle. I figure about a 7:15 AM departure at POP would fit, but do the buses run that early and at what frequency? The usual every 20 mins?

Also, what about the MK parking lot and the monorail? Would they let you in at around 7:30 AM and would the monorail already be available for the ride over to MK?

the buses will start running in plenty of time to get you to an 8:20 CP b'fast... i believe they start somewhere around 7am... you should arrive at the bus stop probably no later than 7:15/7:30...
the monorail will be running as well, but the bus is much less of a hassle (imo) than driving to MK...

The buses start running, from resorts to the parks, at about 6:30. But, they do not run as frequently as the regular park buses...so plan accordingly. If you have an 8:20 ADR at CP, be out at the MK bus stop by 7:15..if you just miss a bus, you may not have another one coming until 7:40ish.
The monorail makes it's first run at 7ish...but you really are better off just taking the bus.
