My choice would be a taxi

If you mean using Disney transportation, then bus to Animal Kingdom theme park and bus from there to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

And you maybe able to ask the driver going to the Animinal Kingdom Lodge when you get ojn the bus, sometimes there able to make it the next stop after Animal Kingdom but no gurantees
