POP Room request question

Who knows the number I need to fax a request for. We are staying 1 night at the POP and have to check out and then back in for 15 nights because they could not add a night to the package we have. So I want to try and request that we are checked into the same room so we don’t have to lug the luggage.

Also when is the best time to fax? We check in 12/11

If they already have the two reservations tied together, you should be okay. Most of the resort room assigners aren't paying attention to faxes anymore. They got so many of them that they just started dumping them in the trash. If people have particular 'requests' they should make note of them when reserving the room.
When you check in, double check on the status of the reservation for the next day. If you do have to move rooms, I wouldn't even unpack. Just change clothes the next day, and leave everything else packed.

Make sure that your requests is noted on your ressie in their system first. I would recommend sending the fax about 3 days prior. We have sent one every time, have always managed to get what we requested and had it confimed that they recieve the fax. They may just throw it away, but it certainly won't hurt to send it anyway.
