POP refurbed rooms with Flat Screens! Update Page 13 **

Love the new look! Will be staying at Pop in December, hope they are all done by then.

Are there brand new matresses going in or just decorations.. (tv,comforter,shower curtain) Etc. Thanks!

While it's impossible to say without being there..

When this was done at ASSports.. new mattresses were involved.

I can't believe that Pop got flat panel tv's in the refurb and CBR didn't....boo hoo

I thought the dresser was being replaced because they were adding in fridges.
It's a bummer they removed the upper storage cubbies on the dresser. That was the only place to store items out of the reach of my kiddos.

Fridges MAY be added later if / when they remove the shelf in the cubby beside the drawers...

But that wasn't part of the immediate rehab was my understanding.

Wow! The pictures look great.
This is enough to make me think about going back to Pop. I had written it off after our last trip. After numerous happy stays, we finally had a trip that made me want to leave Pop forever.
This may bring me back.

So far they have done 1 of the 70's buildings (in a little over a week..)

Given there are what... like 10 buildings.. I'd guess 2.5 to 3 months.. and they'll be done.

Presuming nothing interrupts the process.

I saw that last night and got super excited. Planning a trip in December and was trying to talk dh into upgrading to a different resort as we have stayed at POP the last 3 trips. But now i'm thinking of all the fun stuff we can do with the money we save by staying at POP again!! The rooms look great!!

Love the bedspreads! Oh the blue is so lovely.
The carpet looks nice too!

Just can't wait to "live" in the room again. LOL

I do miss the boarder on the wall though. Added character to the decade.

All in all looks good.

I think the tvs in the 1970s rooms should be the Zenith floor console tvs. It would fit with the theme way better
