POP questions... coffee pot? 70's?

Leave the 10th for POP!! 1st value stay and have a few questions:

1) I know coffee pots are not in room, but can I request one?
2)room # for ground floor 70's?.... need ground floor due to asthma.. any adivse on a nice location with a good view?
3)any other tips?

I don't know if you can request a coffee pot or not.

I was in room 0157 when I stayed at Pop. It was a ground floor room in the building with the big wheel that faced the parking lot, but there was a large grassy area so we didn't even notice the parking lot.
