POP question

We are staying at POP in November and I had a question. We have 3 rooms reserved as we are a party of 8. Does this mean that they will have our rooms next together or at least in close proximity or is there a change that they give us 3 rooms in totally different buildings? Is there something I can do to make sure they are at least near each other? TIA

You need to request adjoining rooms. They dont guarantee it, but they will do their best. You can request CONNECTING rooms, but I dont think there are ever 3 rooms that have the connecting door. ADJOINING would mean that they are near each other, but with no connecting door.

I would call asap and have the adjoining room request added to your ressie.

They really try to put your rooms in close proximity. We had 3 rooms reserved last year and, even though we didn't ask, the CM kept searching and searching until he could get us all close. Two rooms were next door to each other, the third room was a few doors down. We also have 3 rooms reserved for Nov./Dec. and I feel sure they will try to do the same thing again.

We were at Pop in Aug - had 3 rooms - two connected and 3rd was next door. Need to call and link all your reservations. make sure each reservation has the other 2 noted.
