Pop Music Help

I go to a lot of college sports events. During time-outs, they play music. A surprising amount of it is "old". It bodes well for this next generation that they know all the words to "Livin' on a Prayer" despite the fact that most of them weren't born when the song came out.

Anyway, they also play some current pop music, and I'm hoping you guys can help me identify one of the songs. It starts off with what sounds like weird yodeling, then there is a rocking beat and everybody starts jumping up and down. I know that's not much to go on - but I can't think of any other way to describe it.

Any guesses as to what this song may be?

I think you're talking about Gwen Stefani, and the song is a kind of remix of the goatherder song from "The Sound of Music"
Can't think of the name right off hand.
ETA: did some googling, I think the song is "Wind it Up"?

Gwen Stefani - Wind it Up is the 1st song I think of when I think of weird yodeling. It's an upbeat song, but not sure if it would be played at sports events.

Male or Female? Beats the heck out of me. It's a high-pitched falsetto - could be male or female.

Yodel probably wasn't the right word. But I don't know how to describe it. And the song itself is more disco-y. I know that's pretty much nothing do go on, but DIS folks have identified songs on less.

The jumping up and down makes me think it's House of Pain- Jump Around. There's kind of a screeching "Wooooooo" over and over in the beginning, then the jumping around part. But that song isn't very new.

Thanks guys - I checked the video... made me realize "yodel" wasn't really the right word to describe the weird singing. It's not Gary Glitter or House of Pain either, though those are real popular time-out songs.

OK, the "woooo" thing makes me think it might be "Song 2" by The Blur?
"WoooHoooo" is sometimes what people call the song.

Cottoneyed Joe? That's a pretty popular time-out song. It's not yodelling, but sort of a hoe-down type song.
