POP / Movies Room Avail---during Free Dining

Hello....

I just got off of the phone with Disney to see if they had ASMo avail my timeframe in Sept..and they did. SOOO I switched from POP Resort. So anyone wants to switch you might want to try now. My dates were Sept 10-22

OMG People would love to have POP
They will probably just put the room back into the regular pool of rooms

I know peeps are dying to get POP but my family and I was NOT happy about it at all. You know...little kids want their Buzz/Woody rooms or the Ballerina room so I was thrilled to see they had a room available for us. I have been checking everyday. Yes, sad I know.

Was ASMo not available when you originally booked? I was just wondering because when I booked my rooms the cm I spoke with said that he wasn't sure if canceled rooms were going to be available as free dining or reg.

It wasn't there earlier today - but as of 6:33pm ET, the online booking tool is showing All Star Movies available for September 13th to 17th!

No ASMo was not available when I booked on Tuesday. I called right at 7am got thru to a CM at 7:15..she told me she needed the code and I was at work so no DIS. So I called my SIL who was online and she got the code and I called back. Everything was available in value EXCEPT for ASMo. I'm just excited that we were able to get the resort we wanted.

Thanx. I will have to try calling first thing in the morning then. I want another room at pop and also to extend the two I already have. Wow do I sound greedy or what?

I just switched from ASSports to Pop for Sep. 1-4. I didn't mind sports, but I did mind that the kiddie pool would be closed (I have two toddlers).

Just keep trying. A few times since Friday I have tried to get POP or ASMO for our trip. I had booked ASMU on Friday , but really didn't want that one.

This afternoon I booked POP and then this evening I was able to get Aug 28-Sept 3 at ASMO!

I quickly called to cancel the other two, so they would hopefully be available!

Thanks to everyone here at the DIS I just kept trying and finally got exactly what we wanted!!!
