How much did you spend per night at POP? Did you eat out for all of your meals? I find that it's cheaper to book a place for around the same price- like 100/night but get a place with a kitchen. You don't have to 'cook' per se....you could just do cereal for breakfast, toast....and keep snacks and drinks in the condo. Dinner can be spaghetti and garlic bread one night. Nothing difficult. Even eating ONE dinner IN saves a family of four at least 50 bucks these days. I find that we can't even go to a place like applebees for less than 60 with tip. With that said-- I recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek and Caribe Royale and Floridays and Orange Lake.
If you have breakfasts 'at home' and 2 dinners in- you will save a lot of $$.
