POP for a couple?

I have finally convinced my husband that we need to go to Disney again this year.

Last year we stayed at CBR and enjoyed it. We spent all day at the parks and pretty much came to the hotel to sleep and have breakfast in the food court. We don't need a sit down, because we once again plan on eating at our favorites in the parks. We don't need nice pool because we are not big swimmers and it will be November anyway.

My question is - will a couple regret staying at POP. We are in our late 20s if that matters at all.

No, you will have fun. The grounds are very nice for an evening walk. The food court is fine (tables near the "bar area" are less crowded and quieter). We have stayed there twice and enjoyed the resort very much. Be sure to check out the display cases on the walls in the check-in area.

DH and I have stayed at POP 2 times (12/03 and 06/04) and we find it to be an excellant low cost choice. The exteriors are fun, nice to look at and nicely landscaped. The interiors remind me of the contemporary. They are not bright, loud or childish in any way. We always request a king bed. It's a good value for us! Btw, we are 64-dh and 41. We have a quick trip schuduled in Sept there also!.

My brother and his girlfriend both 38 ( and into heavy-death metal) stayed there in june and they both loved it.

I am guessing it has universal appeal! You'll love it.

Hubby and I have stayed at Pop, we request a king bed and all is great. Very nice grounds, beautifully landscaped.

Food court is pretty good, and they have an inside and outside bar.

Thanks for the info! I think we will go for it. No reason to spend the extra cash...just means more money for souvies!
