Pop for 2 nites or ASMu for one night?

Hi! We are going to WDW first week of Feb. We booked at WL then because of cheaper air fare added a night onto the front at ASMu. (no rooms available at WL). I'd like to stay 2 nights in a value and 4 at WL, but ASMu has no availability for that second night. Pop has a room for the two nights. We've stayed at Pop, and really liked it but kids want to try ASMu. I just hate to switch resorts after only one night as we'll be getting in very late (12:00 am) that first night. What would you do?

I would just do the 2 nights at Pop. You will love WL, it's one of our favorites.
