when is the other part of pop century opening? the decades of 00's, 10's, 20's, 30's, 40's. If anyone knows please reply. Tyler do you know or have heard anything?

We thought that the building with the 10's, 20's, 30's etc. was just for show - or a building that was for power or something of that sort...it didn't look like something they are developing! Guess I was off???

There is currently no word on when Phase II will resume construction.
