Pop Century

Hi, this will be our 2nd time in Disney and we're excited! First time we stayed at the Contemporary and it was awesome! This time looking for something not too expensive. I heard that Pop Century is reasonably priced? Any feedback? Looking to go first week in Sept. thanks!

We loved staying at Pop! Just keep in mind that after staying at the Contemporary to expect a big difference at Pop. It's well-priced and definitely a good resort, especially if you spend most of your time in the parks.

As long as you go in expecting it to be a basic resort, much different than the Contemporary, I think you'll love it. We requested to stay in the 60s section, standard view and were a minute away from the main pool and very close to the bus stops and food court. Also, you can walk over the bridge to AoA which is fun too!

It's the furthest from the MK so it's a longish ride. Maybe 20-25ish minutes?

We have stayed at The Contemporary and other Deluxe Resorts and I have to say Pop Century has a resort feel with value prices! As long as you go into the stay with the expectation that it is a value resort, you will be pleasantly surprised! Pools are great, food court is great. Buses were great during our stay. Have a great trip!

Agree with others. Just adjust your expectations at the onset and enjoy yourself

We enjoy Pop Century very much. Haven't stayed there since Art of Animation opened but that's a big plus for us since we can walk over there and explore.

One of our big likes for Pop Century is the dedicated bus service since this resort does not share buses with any other resort. Sure, there are queue lines for buses and the lines don't have shade but standing for a maximum of twenty minutes isn't going to kill anyone. And I think in all of our times waiting for a bus at Pop Century, we waited the full 20 minutes once and that was because one had just pulled away as we were walking up.
