Pop Century with the Alexa or Hey Disney?

No but honestly if you need something it is quicker then if you call. We ran out of body wash a couple weeks ago and used Hey Disney to request more and they were there within a few mins to refill it however when you call you are calling the call centre and not the front desk so the request takes longer to be received and for them to deliver what you need.
That is great, but I have no need for that. We don't use those products in the pump machines. I always grab a pile of towels at the pool day one because there are not enough and with random housekeeping - I want extra always there. I especially don't want a camera in the room, bad enough they have the fake security checks.

If we wanted to use it, it would be very quick to plug it back in to use, I just would not leave it plugged in all the time. But that's me, probably because I been to so many IT security conferences. :rotfl:

I can see why many people would like the Hey Disney feature but I too have no interest in using it. My Pop stay a few weeks ago I called guest services twice and both times I had my items in less than 15 minutes so I was ok with that. I am in the minority though because I also always go to the front desk to check in because I like to talk with someone. And of course I never even thought of unplugging it. Duh.
