I was wondering...

Is the food at the Pop food court pre-made or is it made when you order it?

I have some family members that are picky and probably would want some ingredients left out of some of the menu items but I'm picturing the food as pre-made and sitting under heating lamps...

When I was there last, almost everything was prepared as you order, and they would customize for you if you wanted something left off (onions, tomatoes, sauces, etc).

Well, it depends on what exactly you mean....
Like the reuben sandwiches are made when you order one so you could potentially 'customize' that.
But It is my understanding from my chef friend that a few things come that they can't change....
The chefs will work with them on what can and cannot be adjusted. They are really pretty flexible that way IMO.

What is this early check in everyone is talking about? When do I know when I can do it? How do I do it? :confused3

58 days until POP. Does anyone know if they do anything special during the day on HAlloween? We have MNSSHP tickets but have a low key resort day planned before hand.

I believe online check-in is now available as early as 60 days beforehand
instead of the previous 10-day limit. As long as your account is paid in full, of course!

Yes it is. I checked in at 60 days for or upcoming trip. I wanted to make sure we had access to MB & FP+.

Enjoy! Have a great trip! I had a great experience with my MB! And I love POP and Blanca, one of the mousekeepers in the 60s. She even left us cute towel animals for our toothbrushes! She is so awesome and kept our room spotless and well stocked.

We had Blanca one day. I guess our regular Mousekeeper was off that day? Blanca was the only one to do anything creative in our room, and she left a sweet note thanking us for her tip. She also gave my mil a ton of extra towels.

I have a few questions. We are staying at Pop for the first time in 32 days! :) And I can't wait! We are going as a party of 7. We have 5 adults, one being my 93 year old father who is in a wheel chair and 2 kids, 6 year old and 16 months.

1. Is their a building that would be better than the others for my Dad? He can walk just not to far. Which building is close to the food court? Would it be better to be close to food court or the bus stop? How far apart are they?

2. Is there parking that is close to the rooms?

3. Are the fridges back yet? The baby drinks milk and with the time change he maybe waking up in the middle of the night for a bottle. Is there anything I can do to get a fridge?
Thanks for your help.

I've been wondering about the fridges too. We arrive in 57 days!!!

Maybe start a new thread with your questions? I can't help you as this is my first time at POP but I know this got buried the last time you asked as well.

There is a map on the first page, if you look at it you can get the answer to #1 and #2 for yourself. As for 3, they are still replacing them, with no schedule for when it will be done. Milk for a baby is considered a medical need though, so if you call and add the request for that reason you will get a fridge to use if your room doesn't already have a new one. :thumbsup2

EDIT: To make it even easier for you, here is the map: POP Century Map

A couple of people did reply to your post but not sure if they answered your questions. I think it's back a couple of pages.

On ME now on the way to POP! If anyone needs me to provide any specific info, let me know.

Based on my recent stay, I would ask for 50's building 1. It is close to the food court, the parking lot, and not too far from the bus stop. Just go in the back of Classic Hall, and straight through to the front. The bus stops are to the right of the main doors.

Better yet, a quicker way to the bus stops from bldg 1 is to go past luggage assistance and straight across the front of the Classic Hall. Have stayed in bldg1 MANY times (one of my FAV locations!) and this is actually a bit faster for ALMOST of the bldg. ;) and you generally will hit less pedestrian traffic so you can move at a quicker pace if you so desire! :)

Is there a Walmart/Target/K-mart that is relatively easy to
get to from POP? :scratchin

Relatively easy to get to is subjective!! LOL. ;)
I much prefer the Target there!!! It's less than 15 min but don't remember the exact amount of time to get there. Have been to it MANY times!! To get all kinds of things including perscriptions!!
Ask at the POP gift shop, they have a hand out with written directions to many local businesses including both the target & walmart! :)
