Question.... Last year when we went to Disney for 6 days I packed a bunch of snacks for the kids in my luggage. Everyday I threw some in the park backpack, but never used them. Is it worth the luggage space to pack this stuff, or just leave it at home? We are going for 9 days this time.
Sounds like it isn't for your family. I pack some snacks and/or breakfast items (as another poster noted) that we do eat. I hate wasting luggage space on stuff that will either be left or tossed.
We are so excited. We leave in 2 sleeps for POP! This will be the first trip to Disney for my granddaughter who is nearly 3 years old. She calls me every morning during the past week asking if "today" is when we leave.
I can't wait to see Disney through her eyes this time!!
Yes, there are, but they've never had enough power for us to use effectively. We've had the same lousy results whether staying at a Value or Deluxe.
Next month we will most definitely be hauling along our own regular full-size hair dryer because the smaller Disney dyers just don't dry our long, thick hair.
For me, it has the best bus transportation of any of the resorts we've stayed at. It is truly the best resort for access to all of the parks. (Obviously, the Epcot resorts are great for walking to Epcot and DHS, but trying to get to and from MK and DAK is a real challenge. Similar story for the monorail resorts -- gret to MK, but not so great to the other parks.)
