oh ya...don't know if I am supposed to post this here but I will!!

I surprised our kids last time, it is always awesome to see their expressions. They all thought they were going to the beach, so I had made a book for each one of them about our trip. My daughter got it right away, my step kids not so much, took them awhile. But it is fun. Hope you enjoyed yourselves.

I have a question. Will bell services store our empty suitcases? We will be 3 adults in a room for 14 days and it would be nice to have the suitcases out of the way. Has anyone done this?

Just got back last night from a 9 day stay at Pop.

*Had the old heavy bedding..asked for a box fan so all was good.

I did not know you could get a box fan. Was the air conditioning not working good?

That's fine with me, I just want it to be the triple sheeting instead of the nasty, scratchy, not-washed-between-guests comforters!

The air conditioning worked great. My husband can't sleep without a fan so I was really glad I read on here about asking for one!

We leave tomorrow for 7 days at POP. First time going!!!

We ordered from Garden Grocer some snacks and such. Bought a styrofoam cooler as well. Need it for milk for DS3 and DD4.

I HATE the thought of throwing it out after and wasting it. I had a thought this morning in the shower and headed here ASAP. LOVE this community!

If anyone is staying at POP and would like the cooler after we are done with it, I would gladly give it to you. Free...rather someone use it then trash it.

We are staying from the 14th to the 21st. Can possibly leave it at front desk...

Checked in yesterday! 60's lakeview. New bedding super clean which is big with me!! Food court so far 1 lunch & breakfast, food lacks in all aspects of taste compared to my stay here 4 yrs ago. Food court also crazy busy, all sections open though! Hippy Pool is awesomely entertaining for kids. Weather HIT

Ok, I give.....what in the world is triple sheeting? Even not knowing what it is I'm all for it hate, hate, hate the bedspreads. Last time at Pop it felt like I was held down with a lead weight and couldn't move my feet!

Just spoke to my housekeeper, who is a sweetheart, and she told me they are changing to the triple sheets in all rooms by Oct. we still have the comforters but I just take mine off anyways. Lunch by the pool was good. DH had a regular hamburger and pasta salad and I had the grilled chicken sandwich with arugula it was delicious. Off for a nap and MNNSHP tonight.

So glad to hear about the triple sheeting! So much more comfortable Not to mention hygienic! Triple sheeting, is exactly what it sounds like, 3 sheets instead of one sheet and a comforter : ) 150 days for me!!

Ok, thanks! I thought it might be that but was not sure it wasn't something fancy like a sheet a thicker blanket then a sheet etc. Like a blanket sandwich lol! I hope this is in place for all at Pop by October, the current comforters are both heavy, scratchy and somewhat icky!!!
