I used to bring sugar packets with us (Hawaiin Punch etc...) with us whenever we traveled in summer and add it to the water. However, the last couple years I have not been able to find any kind that is not sugar free (and therefore contains artificial sweetener). I've tried local grocery stores, dollar stores, Target, BJ's etc... Just curious what you've found.

I actually found the ones I got in Targets dollar section a few months ago. I figured a dollar for 10 pkts, I got 2, isn't bad at all. So I grabbed them amd threw them in my park bag.

1 day! So excited, we will be there at Pop tomorrow right about this time. So ready!!! Hope everyone has a magical trip and I'll report back when we get back.

So exciting! Even more exciting because its a solo trip with the hubby. Enjoy!!

Well crud. They should really consider children when they provide drink selections. I will not give DS4 artificial sweetened anything (not that regular Minute Maid is the healthiest thing). He doesn't drink soda, either (I let him have a sip of sprite once and he was not a fan!). He is so used to diluted juice as part of his morning routine. Glad he likes water but he's going to ask for lemonade as soon as he sees it on the machines, though. Wonder if the white citrus tea has artificial sweetener or caffeine?

My DD4 isn't allowed any drink with Art sweetnr either so I ordered juice boxes, horizon organic milk boxes, and a case of water from garden grocer, should be delivered by the time we check in tomorrow afternoon. Just a thought.

I'm going to buy a 1/2 gallon of milk when we get to Pop and just pack Ovaltine for his breakfast and before-bed snack (should he need it). I don't think we'd spend enough to justify a GG order, but thank you for suggesting it!!

It'll be hot chocolate and powerade for me and dd8.

DS won't drink hot chocolate (even if it's lukewarm). He's so funny. Says it's too hot! We let some cool down to room temp and he wouldn't take more than one sip. How can a chocolate milk loving kid not like "semi-warm" chocolate?? I might get him to sip on some diluted powerade if he's really desperate (and needs it- if he hadn't been sweating or anything, I probably won't).

It's all good. Like I said, at least he can get something he likes at the parks!

Ill have to check that out...we're at 8 days! I leave next Saturday! That sounds so much closer than 8 days lol
Yes it does. I have been trying to make it sound closer since 45 days. Oh who am I kidding I have been doing it since booking! LOL

I know why is that? Maybe we could find the pixie dust that stops time while we are there.

My kids love hot chocolate, thankfully! Otherwise the mugs would have been a complete waste for them. Definitely something Disney should reconsider!!

Just boarded the plane....we will be at Pop this afternoon!

This time next week we'll be close to landing and than we're POP bound!! Than off to AK for the day.

Just left my travel agent. As she was on the phone with Disney/They told her next week they are changing photo pass plus to memory maker! Memory maker will be able to be linked to magic bands!

:)
Anyone else heard this. ????

No....but does it effect photopass plus that's already been purchased? Or is it just new bookings? We leave in a week and we have the photopass plus.

I'm not sure what the fridge situation is at Pop as the last I heard they still didn't have them in all the rooms. I arrive in just over 3 weeks and will need one for my 5 year old because of his multiple food allergies. I didn't see an option to ask for one when I did online check-in so how should I make this request? We arrive late in the day and I'm worried they won't have any left by then.

Thanks!

I was told to just purchase it today as "photo pass plus" and then next week when it rolls out they can change it to memory maker to link it with my MB.

We are there nov 12 and I wanted to make sure I got the discounted price to which it must be pre ordered 2 weeks in advance.

In the very long Magical Express line waiting to board a bus to Pop. Wow there are a lot of people & lines! We have never seen this many people waiting for ME....

That's interesting. I haven't heard about this at all. I wonder if it will stop us from having to use the voucher. That would be great! And not having to worry about loosing that card is great too! I wonder if we could put it on more than one magic band? Probably not since they would never give you two cards....
