Pop Century to Florida Mall?

only going to be at WDW for 2.5 days prior to a cruise. Was hoping to take DD to the American Girl store at the Florida Mall. Is there a shuttle bus anywhere on the property to this mall or would a taxi be the best option?

Florida Mall is an approx 35 min drive depending on time of day. Sometimes longer. Its 23-26 miles depending on the way you go. (Ignore google as it is further than 12 miles) -take an UBER not a bus.
